The light of Begoña

The light of Begoña is the name of the project that the Aranzadi Science Association is carrying out together with the city council of Bilbao. The cemetery of Begoña is being evacuated because in a few years a green park will be built there. They use scientific methodology to exhume the corpses, examine and exhume the skeletons one by one and carefully. With their studies in the cemetery they will recover historical memory, architectural and artistic heritage.
