Batteries: the future begins now

The batteries of the future will be long-lasting, cheap, clean... and the centers of the BRTA alliance that we will visit in the report are working to achieve these objectives: CICenergiGUNE, CIDETEC and Ikerlan. New materials that increase the capacity of battery packs, efficient designs or intelligent management are among the main challenges to improve current lithium battery technology.
