#54 ULTRAVIOLET WAVES: Sisterhood in science
Some scientists have done a remarkable job of paving the way for the women who followed and the marginalized. They are a beautiful example of sisterhood and they want to reveal some significant cases of them in this last episode of the third season of the podcast “Ultra Violet Waves” by Alaitz Ochoa de Eribe and Ana Galarraga. In fact, although it is a very competitive field, there are scientists who have shown different behaviors and values. Four of them were chosen: Marie Curie is a Nobel Prize-winning physicist, engineer and feminist activist Poppy Northcutt, astrophysicist Jocelyn Bell Barnell and trans-neuroscientist Ben Barres. in the section “You learn something every day”, the Karmela car designed by AA has been presented. It will not leave you indifferent!
