The belief that everything was clean and healthy in the past is widespread. However, we have traced history through the Ultraviolet Waves, and we have seen that during the Roman Empire the air was completely polluted, that polluted water caused thousands of deaths in Athens, and that food contamination was common, even centuries later. And the medicine? Sometimes the doctor did more harm than the disease itself. In the time capsule, the technological predictions made by the BBC 30 years ago have been analyzed. Could it have been invented?
