#26 ULTRAVIOLET WAVES: Synesthesia, increased perception

Imagine that when you hear something, you also see colors and shapes at the same time, influenced by the stimulus of listening. Those who have synesthesia have experiences of this kind.

Synesthesia is a phenomenon related to the senses. While a stimulus awakens in us a specific sense, for example, the auditory sound, in people with synesthesia this stimulus awakens not only the basic sense, but also another one. In other words, in addition to hearing, vision, following the example we have already mentioned.
