Sustainability: from definition to good management (Donostia Sustainability Forum)

Arantza Aldezabal started the conversation by recalling the definition of sustainability and reflecting on it. Responding to Ana Galarraga’s questions, she referred to its multidimensional complexity in the context of the climate emergency and linked it to the primary sector, citing issues such as food sovereignty and the circular economy.

Finally, Aldezabal explained what he considers to be the appropriate scale for the management, and he would also anticipate the keys to achieve it.
