chapter 4: Women are more vulnerable

Chinese data showed that men were more and more severely affected by the coronavirus. Behind this are sexual and gender reasons (differences in the immune system and smoking). However, they warn that gender segregation makes women more vulnerable: the majority of health workers are women, and care tasks are left to them.
