Aiora Zabala Aizpuru: Nature in our hands

Aiora Zabala Aizpuru has been the protagonist of this session of the cycle "In the light of women scientists".Zabala holds a degree in Environmental Sciences and a PhD in Ecological Economics. He is a university professor and was editor of the scientific journal Nature Sustainability for four years. She is also dedicated to outreach on the environment, sustainability and human sciences, and last year (2022) she published her book Nature in Our Hands.

In her conversation with Ana Galarraga Aiesta of Elhuyar, she offers the keys to understand the current situation and to imagine some scenarios of the future.
