What happens to neutrinos?

It will look more than expected to reveal the secrets of neutrinos. In any source it is said that neutrino is a basic particle without charge or mass. However, researchers at the LSND research center in Los Alamos do not agree with this definition. At least some researchers.
Physical Review Letters has just published its neutrino polemic in a very strange way. In the last issue, in fact, the opinions of two groups of Ian who have collaborated in the LSND research center have been presented: although the research work is the same, each group of Ian has reached different conclusions; all and sufficient scientific basis, and the team of advisors of the journal has decided to publish it as such, thus arousing a strong controversy.
In the study published by the first group Ian it can be read that muon neutrinos can become neutrino electrons in certain special conditions, confirming that neutrinos are low mass elementary particles. The second group, however, considers that the disturbance that has occurred between neutrino hills and electron neutrinos is due to the radiation of the area and not to the particle's own structure. What the hell happens to neutrinos?
