Granite rocks, endless waterfalls and giant sequoia forests. Yosemite Park, located east of California, occupies about 3,000 square kilometers of the Sierra Nevada. This is the first area in the world declared National Park.

The mountains and valleys of Yosemite were formed ten million years ago due to a folding of the earth's surface. However, mountain glaciers have been the last modelers of the cliffs of Yosemh, which have transformed the valleys into V, into deep canyons in U. Now, these vertical walls up to 1,200 meters pose a challenge for climbers around the world, a difficult challenge.

Throughout the park there are 1,400 species of plants. Among them, the giant sequoia is the most famous. They are the largest plants in the world: They can reach a height of 85 meters and a diameter of 7 meters.

With the arrival of spring, the melted snow on the mountain peaks fills the lagoons and streams with crystal clear waters. And it is then that it shows all its beauty the highest waterfall in North America. The water of the Yosemites continues to work endlessly, carving the landscape of the future drop by drop.
