Implementation of the European project Labonfoil, a laboratory in foil. It is run by Ikerlan-IK4 and has the participation of Gaiker-IK4. The project involves incorporating a laboratory into mobile phones using a chip.

It will be a portable analytical tool that will detect RNA, DNA and molecular markers. A device the size of a credit card will allow, on the one hand, to monitor diseases in the home of the sick and, on the other, analyze them where necessary. The results will be collected by an accessory to the mobile phone that will send the information received to the central. All in 15 minutes.
