The following image obtained on August 30 by the geostationary satellite GOES-13 shows three storms observed simultaneously in the Atlantic.

One of the protagonists is Hurricane Danielle heading north of the Atlantic (at the top of the image, in the center). Hurricane Earl is the one at the bottom (left) of the image, and your eye can also be clearly seen hitting the Leeward Islands. The third protagonist is the tropical depression of 8th developing (bottom right).
