The monitoring of bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus) has yielded good results: Biologists at Stanford University have managed to figure out the path of tuna in migration. Tuna from all over the world gather in the North Atlantic to feed, in the coastal area of Canada and the United States and Europe. When the time comes for reproduction they disperse into groups all over the world, each one returns to his place of birth.
