Within fifteen years you can see in the city of Shanghai the tower built by the Chinese, a building of 1228 meters in length, three times larger than the largest buildings of today, the Petronas Tower of Kuala Lumpur. The tower will have 300 floors and two million square of surface. It can accommodate 100,000 people.

The building is divided into two parts: on the one hand, the house itself divided into 12 neighborhoods, a giant of glass and steel; on the other, the small buildings that surround the house, the gardens and the artificial lakes.

Despite its large size, the house occupies little space, as it will be a city included in the city. It includes offices, shops, hotels, hospitals, cinemas and other services.

The project is the work of the Spanish architects María Rosa Cervera and Javier Pioz. According to them, the structure of the building will be able to deal with both fires and earthquakes.
