Dark slopes on Mars


On several slopes of Mars, some dark traces appear as the temperature rises. These traces typically have a length of about 100 m and a width of about 5 m. The possibility that there might be liquid salt water behind these clues that astronomers think, and the discovery of hydrated salts now reinforces this hypothesis.
