Recovery of vesicles after synapsis

Until now, after the synapsis between two neurons, the only way to recover the vesicles was known. But researchers at the Howard Hughes Institute of Medicine have seen that there are three ways to do so.
The quickest way to recover vesicles is known as kiss and run (touch and run). When the electrical signal arrives, the vesicle reaches the membrane of the neuron, the neurotransmitters are released to the outside and return to the inside of the neuron. For this it takes less than half a second.
As so far the form that was known took about twenty-one seconds, experts seemed too slow to ensure a quick belief. In addition, they have sometimes seen that the vesicle is attached to the membrane of the neuron until it is released in the following synapsis.
