Infarctions under biological clock

Infarctions and strokes are very common early in the morning. This is due to the increase in blood pressure at this time. At the Pennsylvania School of Medicine they have seen that the biological clock has a lot to do with increasing blood pressure at that time.
The biological clock causes an increase in blood pressure at certain hours -- early in the morning -- because it increases the level of the hormone catecolamine, that is, the high level of catecholamines makes blood pressure increase. Catecholamines are multiplied not only by the biological clock, but also by stress.
In the early hours of the morning the two factors join, that is, the biological clock makes that in those hours the level of catecholamines is very high and it is very common to circulate stressed.
On the contrary, the body does not respond to stress, that is, blood pressure or catecholamine levels do not rise, regardless of the time of day.
