Attack of bioyoghurts

It is surprising that the human being survives for millions of years eating those who have had to eat. But now the situation has changed radically. They accompany you 'Bifidus active'. And since we have put them in the diet there is a big difference. These wonderful bacteria help digestion, affect the immune system, etc. XXI. Today's man has entered the technological power of the twentieth century.
And before was it not? Where have the bifidus been so far? Are they laboratory products? Less bad they have come to the hands of companies that manufacture cars, right?
In recent times, experts from the European Union are concerned about the use of these microorganisms. But not because they are dangerous, they are not dangerous. They are worried because advertising uses it. This concern has been expressed by several European biologists, so the authorities have decided to put money to investigate yoghurts and bifidus. Their main concern is to know whether bioyoghurts report benefits or not and, where appropriate, clarify the benefit.
The bacteria of yoghurts are not harmful. But if they are not beneficial, organizations in favor of consumers should denounce commercial fraud. Of course, bioyoghurts are sold more expensive than other yoghurts, and advertisers confirm that this supplement is paid for something.
Undoubtedly it is a topic to clarify.
What is the difference between bioyoghurts and traditional yogurts?Of course, scientists are responsible for clarifying this issue. Biologists. They must carry out serious and independent research that does not depend on the money of yogurt companies. Biologists have begun research from the beginning, the intestine.
Although it seems a lie, intestinal bacteria have not been investigated much so far. It can be said that scientists know more of Mars than of their intestinal flora. It is not clear which species of bacteria live in the intestine, what effects these species have, or what their relationship is. However, bioyogurt vendors extol the bacteria they introduce in yoghurts, such as bifidus.
To investigate the intestines, it is necessary to investigate excrement, shit. It is not very nice, but there is a strong reason. Information about intestinal microorganisms is found in the feces. Hence, this research has been initiated, among others, by biologists from the University of Reading in England.
The results have been striking, but, of course, in a topic that is not very studied, the eye-catching results appear easily when scientists begin to study them. One of these eye-catching results has emerged from the analysis of present and potential species in intestinal flora. On the one hand, biologists have discovered that in the intestine of each of us live a hundred species. Most are bacteria, but there are also some yeasts.
What bacteria live in the human intestine? On the other hand, English scientists, in addition to investigating excrement, have carried out a 'robotic bowel', a device that simulates in laboratory intestinal conditions. With this they have discovered that thousands of species of bacteria can live in the intestine.
There are thousands of species to choose from, but each person has only a hundred. And these tissues vary from person to person, that is, there are no two people with the same intestinal flora. Each one has its own combination of bacteria and, like fingerprints, the flora is also characteristic of the person.
In addition, this flora does not change throughout life. In the first two years of life, it is established which bacteria will live in the intestine and what relationship will remain between them. And from there there are no changes. So, what can the addition of a bacterium after eating a yogurt help? Will the body accept those bifidus or be foreign to our immune system? This has been the second topic of study of European scientists.
On the other hand, it is necessary to clarify if the bacteria that are not of the intestinal flora act on the body or kill the immune systems before actions are carried out. The investigations carried out in this line have not given clear results. Sometimes it seems that some bacteria had a beneficial effect, but others have not found benefits.
Although it is a basic dairy, scientists do not know well the influence of yogurt. In addition, according to the advertising of bioyoghurts, bifidus help the immune system. But scientists have not found a trace.
There is an exception. A Finnish study investigated several pregnant women, all of them from families with a tendency to develop allergies. After eating bioyoghurts, children born did not develop so much allergy. It draws attention, but it is just an example.
Therefore, it is not clear what are the benefits of bioyoghurts, either in digestion or in the immune system. And less so as regards those who say advertisers without saying it, including the alleged sexual benefit.
