Abundant genes related to cancer

More mutations are thought to be related to the risk of developing cancer. In fact, researchers working on the Cancer Genome Project have identified 120 new cancer-related genes. According to them, they did not expect to find so many genes.

To date 350 carcinogenic genes were known by mutation, to which we must add these 120. Most are related to cell growth and division.
