Be careful when leaving the water!

Divers should be especially careful when leaving the water, as if they leave too quickly they may have serious problems with changing pressure. In fact, in the tissues of the body there are small amounts of dissolved air gases and when leaving the water, being the lower external pressure, the gases leave the dissolution. If the rise is progressive, the gases pass into the blood and are expelled by the respiratory system without any problems. However, if the pressure change becomes too fast, gas bubbles form in the body. The most serious are the bubbles that form in the nervous system: dizziness, paralysis, convulsions and coordination problems, among others. In addition, in addition to the nervous system other tissues are affected, such as bubbles that build up in the joints cause pain.

If it has come out too quickly from the water, there are hyperbaric chambers to regenerate the body. When the diver leaves the water, it enters one of these high-pressure chambers and the pressure gradually drops. However, it may not fully recover.
