Japan is developing pectoral implants based on fat cells and stem cells. Cells that will receive the implant have been used, which has allowed the immune system not to reject.

This technique does not require intervention since fat cells and stem cells are injected into the chest. Previously, fat is extracted from the woman's belly or thighs, the cells are distributed according to their density and the most suitable ones are selected for the implant.

Since the 1980s, fat has not been used in implants due to cell death and the formation of hardness. This problem has been solved with stem cells, which in addition to fats produce blood vessels and the blood that carry the vessels feeds the cells. Thus, fat cells have managed to survive.
