Elhuyar Zientzia Azoka is a fair organized by the Planetarium of NICDO-Pamplona and Elhuyar, with the collaboration of the Department of Innovation and Digital Transformation of the Government of Navarra and the Euroregion that supports the general initiative EZA in collaboration with Aquitaine Berria Navarra. The main goal of the fair is to make known what STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) is, develop young people’s STEM and cross-sectional competencies, and offer young people scientific experiences.

High school pupils have shared scientific and technological projects with the public, and it is intended to promote the uptake of science among young people and to promote and disseminate scientific culture. It is worth noting the participation of researchers throughout the project to bring the real world of science and technology closer to young people and their commitment to this project, which has been an advisor to youth projects.

Before the Baluarte fair, fairs were also held in Kanbo and Ziburu, and next weekend in Usurbil on 4 May. Together with Navarre, they all form the ‘Elhuyar Zientzia Azoka network’. This network will be closed by the ‘Elhuyar Zientzia Azoka’ in Bilbao from 22 to 25 May. It will involve young people from all over Euskal Herria, which this year celebrates its 12th edition.

Elhuyar Zientzia Azoka Nafarroa was assisted by the Government of Navarre and the Euroregion Aquitaine Berria Navarra.
