Europe's largest wind farm is already authorized

The project to build a giant wind farm on Lewis Island has been approved by the West Scottish Islands Council. 209 turbines will be installed, which will be the largest land wind farm in Europe. In the construction process, 300 jobs will be created, but public opinion opposes the environmental impact it will generate and, above all, the presence of people in the environment near the construction of the park and the existence of archaeological zones.
