For the elaboration of these three desserts we have not used any additive, but if we buy these desserts in the shop the composition varies much at nutritional level. In no case can these replace as usual one of the three dairy that an adult should take a day. Despite the many tips and recommendations on food, in general it seems that in our society there are great difficulties in changing the usual bad eating habits and accessing healthy ones.
