On August 11 we will be able to see the last solar eclipse of the millennium (if time permits, of course). In our country 80% of the sun will be covered from 11:15 hours. In any case, it should be noted that to observe the eclipse it is necessary to take special measures by means of special glasses or 14 glass made with welding. If you use tools (binoculars or telescopes), take advantage of the projection for the instrument to orient the sun on a white surface.

The next solar eclipse that we can see in Europe will occur on August 12, 2006.
