Budget cuts in the United States

In previous days we have learned that the Bush administration in the United States will not sign the Kyoto agreement. The Kyoto measures mentioned are not to his liking and Bush decides not to play or win. That's what they've thought. Perhaps what they should take into account is that taking care of the environment we all win, we and Americans. But, of course, they are not willing to assume the costs that this entails, even if they are the ones that emit the most CO2.
It is not the only decision they have made.
The money spent in space can be debatable and, perhaps, that money would have to be spent on other investigations. However, some space projects will suffer restrictions. And it is that NASA will have more money to investigate Mars, but that money will be taken away from other space investigations: Pluto and the Sun research projects are suspended. The International Space Station will also reduce its economic endowment and close the control area enabled, assuming full control by NASA. In addition, other national research agencies will also have restrictions.
And we have mentioned Kyoto before, but the changes that occur in nature and those that occur in humans will mean cuts in the climate impact monitoring program, with 207 million dollars less.
