Tension and hypertension

Maintaining nerves in the skin and getting angry elevates blood pressure. This is what reflects an investigation carried out over 20 years with 1,100 people in the American people of Framingham. In the adult man, the risk of hypertension is greater if he has nervous involvement and anxiety. In women, however, it seems that being angry does not affect blood pressure.
