The Smart Cache acceleration controller was designed to reduce timeout in CPU data search on multi-user operating systems. Smart Cache Plus also allows increasing the number of users and connecting SCSI peripheral devices.
The card is modular, so the cache can vary between 0.5 Mb and 16.5 Mb. The performance obtained with this card is between 3 and 5 times higher in normal conditions and 15 times higher in multiuser systems.
