Isabel, hurricane of 5th!

2003/09/16 Elhuyar Zientzia

Meteorologists start to get overwhelmed. Hurricane Isabel is gaining strength these days and they fear a massacre on the American east coast. In fact, the wind generated by the hurricane at some point reaches a speed of 257 km/h, which has led it to be at level 5 (the hurricanes of level 5 exceed 249 km/h).

However, Isabel is not the first powerful hurricane that has threatened the American continent. In 1998 the protagonist was Hurricane Mitch, which also emerged in tropical waters, like most hurricanes.

This time the speed has been enormous, so the inhabitants of the villages in danger begin to take protective measures. However, the effect of wind turbulence may be very high. What they do not know is exactly where it will be noticed.
