Man uses a special neural network to read. In fact, it began to be read about 5,000 years ago, but some experts say that 5,000 years are insufficient for reading to change the brain; evolution is slower. In addition, Dgken claims that reading must compete with other activities to use this neural network. However, the latter is still to be investigated.
