Internet twenty times faster
Astra will offer companies a faster data transmission system starting in 2000. Thanks to this system, as of January 1, 2000, Internet users will be able to “surf” twenty times faster than before.
Astra wants to use satellite data transmission to achieve this goal. This project, called ARSC, currently has the Astra House of Luxembourg, a pioneer in European telecommunications and radio television programmes.
