Minimum transistor of graphene

The finest material in the world to make the world's smallest transistor, a thick atom and a transistor of ten broad atoms. Researchers have published in Science that graphene has been carved into tiny electronic circuits, with the size of one molecule per transistor. Transistors have been worked at the nanometer scale from a single glass of graphene.
Unlike other materials, graphene remains very stable and maintains the conductivity despite the small fragments of the nanometer. They say that the smaller the transistor, the better it works. In fact, the advantages of graphene transistors are beginning to manifest in sizes less than 10 nanometers, below the size provided for silicon technology.
