Japanese to the moon
Japanese to the moon

So far the Americans and Soviets have been the only ones who have reached the moon. The Japanese project, called MUSES-A, consists of two spaces: the main satellite and the lunar orbiter. The lunar orbiter is very small, only 30 cm in diameter, turning around the moon to exhaust the energy of its batteries.
