Image of the ISS from Earth

On June 16, Jim Young and Gary Grasdalen took a photo of the ISS space station from the California Table Mountain Observatory. Although the image is not very clear, the merit is that it is a photograph taken from Earth, since the 24-inch telescope took five minutes to catch the image.

That of the ISS is the largest laboratory in space, hence its nickname of ‘work in the sky’. In fact, this laboratory has been specifically designed to develop fields such as microgravity, space sciences, earth sciences, life sciences, and space technologies.
