The center of the Milky Way, located 25,000 light years from Earth, is a very unknown area for astronomers. The Hubble Telescope has just provided information on what is behind a curtain of stars and space dust.

Hubble detects two gigantic sets of stars located 100 light years from the theoretical center of the Milky Way. The mass of these star groups is 10,000 times greater than that of the Sun and 10 times greater than that found so far. There are young stars of very high mass, probably similar to the brightest stars of the galaxy.
