The most powerful object from Big Bang to the present day

Gamma-ray explosions have so far been considered the strongest objects in the entire universe, as they have been known to occur in very remote galaxies. However, the models developed to know the origin of these explosions have been subjected to intense agitation, by finding the satellite BeppoSAX an explosion hundreds of times stronger than allowed.
This explosion, called GRB 971214, has been studied both from Earth and from space, specifically from CGRO and Hubble, and according to astronomers, is the most energetic phenomenon known so far. This explosion has released hundreds of times more energy than a supernova and it seems that in the first seconds the same conditions were given as in 1/1000 seconds after the Big Bang around it. The most recent models developed to understand these phenomena aim to demonstrate that these enormous energies are generated in rotating black holes.
