Camera to avoid blind angles

The car behind us disappears. In a few seconds we do not see the car by the interior or side mirrors, but suddenly it appears next to us with the intention of moving ahead. The risk of accident during those seconds is very high. Therefore, the Nissan house has developed a camera that spies these blind angles. The cameras will be placed on each side of the front paragolpes (so they will be two car cameras) and will spy the road to the left and right. Another device will examine the images and warn the driver by sound in case of a crash hazard. The Nissan house has announced that its installation will begin in 2002.
