What conflicts and ethical biases does the development of artificial intelligence generate? What strategies are being followed to address them? What effects can these biases have on education and society? These questions will be answered on April 16 at the seminar "The Challenges of Artificial Intelligence: Technological Development and Ethics". The future of the Foral Deputation of Gipuzkoa will take place in the Eraikiz space, at 17.00.

• 17:00 – 17:10:

  • I greet the representative of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa.

  • Jon Abril Olaetxea, General Coordinator of Elhuyar.

• 17:10 - 17:20. Conference: Cultural issues of artificial intelligence.

  • Rapporteur: Oihane Cantero Domínguez, researcher at the Orai artificial intelligence center.

• 17:20 - 18:45. Round table: Shared reflection on artificial intelligence: What conflicts and ethical biases does the development of artificial intelligence generate? What strategies are being followed to address them? What effects can these biases have on education and society?

  • Moderator: Guillermo Roa, scientific discoverer of Elhuyar (director of the Norteko Ferrokarrila radio programme).
